- Monitor network performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and service continuity.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices.
- Perform system updates, hardware upgrades, security patching, and network configuration management.
- Respond to network incidents and security threats while ensuring compliance with incident response procedures.
- Document, prioritize, track, and report network incidents, performance metrics, and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate network records, tenant information, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support network operations and service delivery.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and enhancement of network services and infrastructure.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize NOC operations and client service.
- Participate in company meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and network devices.
- Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, and incident response procedures.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and preventing operational issues
- Fresh graduate or with experience in a related field.
- Willing to work on site and on shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
