- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, system upgrades, and security patching.
- Respond to network incidents and security threats while implementing and maintaining security controls.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, incident records, performance reports, and change management activities.
- Lead, coach, and monitor NOC team performance while ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
- Manage access card issuance, inventory, tenant records, and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers and support the implementation of new network services.
- Prepare shift schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day NOC operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and facility standards.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and network devices.
- Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, and incident response procedures.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and preventing operational issues
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Willing to work on site and on shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
