Responsibilities:
  • Confirm property availabilities on a biweekly basis or as needed – of Premium, Grade A, Grade B and Grade C, provincial, fitted, and furnished spaces – coordinating with landlords, developers, and brokers.
  • Conduct research and monitor the monthly absorption of Grade A/Premium office spaces and regularly provide updates to the TR team for market tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure that the stacking plans in both My.Savills and the TR decks are comprehensive, consistently updated, and 100% accurate .
  • Ensure that building information and lease details in both My.Savills and the TR deck are complete, accurate, and up to date at all times.
  • Conduct research and estimate lease expirations for priority tenant groups or stacking plans: -Top 50 BPO tenants (third-party and shared services) -Top 20 traditional corporate tenants -Top 10 government tenants.
  • Research and compile all relevant floor plans, CAD files, and location maps, and ensure that building technical specifications are consistently accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Provide support on internal projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the TR manual, ensuring consistency in listing standards, naming conventions, and formatting.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration/Management, or any business-related courses

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in the real estate industry. Preferably with sales, marketing, and business development background.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
  • Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
