- Oversee facilities operations and maintenance across managed properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and operational best practices.
- Lead preventive maintenance, inspections, and rapid issue resolution to maximize asset performance and minimize disruptions.
- Drive energy management initiatives to optimize utility consumption, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards through audits, training, and corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop facilities management teams while fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor budgets, revenue, collections, and operating expenses to ensure financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring service quality, compliance, and value delivery.
- Optimize workspace utilization and support space planning initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, reporting requirements, and ISO documentation standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance facilities management operations and service delivery.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
