- Oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution to maintain asset reliability and minimize disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, performance evaluations, and procurement activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee supply management, and prepare consumption reports.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and property management teams regarding facility-related concerns and access requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, permits, licenses, and ISO documentation standards.
- Monitor facilities management reports, deliverables, and service quality to meet client expectations.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance facilities management operations and service delivery.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of facilities operations, building systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Experience in budget monitoring and cost management.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities and operational demands.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Facilities Management.
- Willing to work on site and shifting schedules.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
