- Receiving of approved purchase orders in MS NAV 2018.
- Encoding invoices in MS NAV based on complete supporting documents and ensures that bills are correctly entered in the system.
- Checking and processing of broker's reimbursement receipts.
- Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers in MS NAV.
- Prepare corporate checks, Managers checks, and other form of payment related to disbursement of cash, such as; Telegraphic transfer local and international.
- Monitor the releasing of check to admin, internal employees and others.
- Prepare Tax Schedule for 1601C/E, 2550M & Q every month, it includes filing of DAT files for Alpha list and VAT Relief for input taxes.
- Maintains the AP files in a single folder on a per month basis.
- Filing of Check Vouchers and AP Vouchers.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management or any equivalent course
- Good communication skills-verbal and written.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel.
- Analytical and keen on details .
- At least 3 yrs experience in Accounts Payable (GA & Tax experience a plus) .
- Must be willing to work on site.
- Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
