Currently serving as Associate Business Development Director for Property Management at Savills Philippines, Mike leads business development initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and commercial negotiations for the firm's property management services. He oversees the full deal lifecycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiations and client onboarding—while fostering long-term relationships with landlords, boards, and key stakeholders.
Prior to his current role, Mike held several leadership positions within Savills Philippines (formerly KMC Savills Inc.), including Head of Operations for Metro Manila, Operations Lead, and Property Manager. Throughout these roles, he managed multi-asset portfolios totaling approximately 780,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA), with responsibility for operational performance, financial management, compliance, vendor strategy, and client satisfaction.
