Capella

The Capella building is a 17-storey, Class A corporate center along Asean Drive, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. With a dedicated typical floor plate of 1,897.04 sq m per floor and 20,000 sq m of leasable space, it is eyed that this will soon be a commercial hub in the metropolis, especially for the business process outsourcing (BPO) companies that are looking for offices away from the center of Metro Manila and nearer to developing, albeit less populated Region IV-A. It is currently undergoing PEZA accreditation and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council.
